Lessons offered are 30 minutes/45 minutes/1 hour/1 hour plus:
In the first lesson, families/students, and Rachel/Dwight go over any questions, talk about goals, have a lesson, and help families decide on the best plan moving forward.
The first lesson is one hour to give enough time to discuss questions and information. After that, families choose the length of lesson that works best for them and number of times/week.
Rates/fees/payments/policies/supplies are discussed in the first lesson and information available upon request. Studio phone: (250) 715-3007 or Cell phone: 250-510-2293. Students will need to purchase some music, and will need a piano/good keyboard to practice on at home.
Rachel teaches all levels of voice and early grades of piano either separately or to compliment voice lessons. Dwight teaches all levels of piano. Theory and ear training available upon request. All ages and stages welcome!
There is no pressure from Rachel or Dwight to perform; students and families choose when it is right for them. Performing, audition, and SLT Music Studio opportunities are discussed in the first lesson, for those who are interested, as well as throughout the year.
